Designed and presented by ili ili stones therapists, our courses will teach you how to deliver a soothing, relaxing and therapeutic treatment in ili ili hot stone therapy.
You will learn lomi lomi massage techniques, deep tissue massage using stones, contraindications, and more. We also explore the various types of stones to use, along with how to heat, clean and care for them, and some of the philosophy underlying the use of the powerful and energetic stones.
After the course you will have the ability to create an individualised and customised treatment for any client, using the radiating heat of the stones to gently melt away layers of tension, creating an experience to remember.

weekend retreats
Our retreats are set in the divine Otway Ranges, off the picturesque Great Ocean Road. Beginning on a Friday afternoon and finishing on a Sunday afternoon, the weekend includes gourmet vegetarian food, meditations and tranquil walks in nature, as well as an introduction to traditional Hawaiian philosophy.Not only will you learn a new skill by practising on others, you will also have the opportunity to experience the deep relaxation of ili ili stones therapy for yourself, providing a weekend of pampering for yourself and others.

If you are having difficulty getting away for the weekend, ili ili stones also offers courses held over two days between 9am and 6pm, covering the same topics and material.Ili ili stones day course venue is at the Kilbride Centre in Albert Park, a stone's throw from the beach, which is perfect for busy people to attend without needing to leave Melbourne.
